Photoshop CS6: Layer selection causing non functioning keys, Warp Tool switching to fullscreen.

Working as a retoucher I'm experiencing 2 bugs on a daily basis with CS6 on OS X 10.9.1

Selection of layers within the Layers Tab causes the spacebar and command key to stop functioning, this also stops all associated key commands like Step Backward, Deselection etc.

It causes a mac 'error bong' sound and is only resolved by clicking away to another running program e.g. finder. When clicking back to photoshop the tools all resume their normal function. There's no regular software running alongside that could cause this other than Finder.

The second is less of a bug but a design irregularity.

The zoom control of cmd+0 normally returns the image to the maximum size it can be within the constraints of the photoshop window however...within the Warp Tool this command also causes the expansion the window frame to the full dimensions of the screen. This conflict of results often causes example images to be obstructed and breaks up workflow. This has been the same in CS5 and 6

That sounds like you're running into some of the common MacOS 10.9 bugs with keyboard shortcuts not working. We are still working with Apple to determine the cause of that MacOS 10.9 bug.

Glad to hear you're on it, would you say it's a problem caused by the OS?

I may consider rolling back, if possible.
