Photoshop: Layer mode change by shortcut keys moves layer content

Change layer modes with keys (here in Switzerland: "SHIFT" and "+", "SHIFT" and "-"):

When you change from SHIFT + to SHIFT - or vice versa Photoshop moves element on this layer. Old Bug, see in this animated GIF: I press 5 times SHIFT + and then SHIFT - which leads to a jump of the yellow bar at the right.

I'm not able to reproduce this in CC 2015.1 on Mac 10.9.x. What version of PS are you running? What OS/version are you on?

I found the culprit being Typinator, a Keyboard-Textexpander.
