Revel: Didn't want files moved / remove account

I did not sign up for and I did not sign up for Revel. Adobe moved my pictures without my consent. I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH REVEL OR PHOTOSHOP.COM. I want these accounts deleted. You do not have permission to move people's files without their consent. Get MY photos off your site NOW! Beverly Stout

Hello Beverly,
We are sorry that you are not happy with the Revel service. Adobe did send out emails to customers about the migration and asking if they did wish to opt out of the migration. Did you receive those emails?
Did you have more than one account? Since you stated that all of your images are downloaded to your computer I will put in the motion to have your account deleted. This will not delete your Adobe ID as you might need that for other Adobe services . If you log back in to with your Adobe ID then it will create an account for you.

Adobe is only migrating files from to Revel if the user had files there and they did not opt out of the migration. We do not do anything with the files on your computer.

If you did not upload files to, then there were no files to move to Revel, and no issue.

If you were an Elements user, that may also have triggered us to send you an email notification. You can disregard the notification if you did not have any photos on he cloud.
