Just cancelled my Adobe Cloud subscription, and I was charged a $74.98 fee. I thought I could cancel at anytime, and then when I do, I get slapped with a fee. Mad beyond words. Won't ever SUBSCRIBE again.

I subscribed around October of last year. I really wasn't using the product that much, so I cancelled it.

Hi Keenya,

Terms are here: http://www.adobe.com/legal/subscription-terms.html

There are two primary types of memberships: Month to Month or Annual Contract (paid monthly). Month to Month are regularly priced plans ($74.99/mo) that can be cancelled at any time. Annual contracts, ($49.99) paid monthly, are discounted plans which require a year commitment in order to get the price break.

I'll ask an agent to reach out to you.

I started my Illustrator plan last year, Sept 2016, and want to cancel it today, Nov 2017.  I've fulfilled my one year obligation, yet I was still charged with a $70 cancellation fee.  I received NO email notice of any kind about this type of auto-renewal/cancellation fee. I now see the subscription terms in your page after you've receive all these complaints. But when I signed up these terms were hidden away under layers and layers of small fine print text. This should not be.  It's not good business service. You win on legal terms, but you loose on customer satisfaction and loyalty.  Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I've been an Adobe fan/customer for over 15 years. But this hidden cancellation fee is just a slap in the face. Make it right. Return the cancellation fees, or lose a customer for LIFE, and I will be sure to share my bad experience with others in the design community. Make it right.
