I am running Windows 7 64bit Home Premium
In the mean time I tried to deinstall (whitout deactivation) and reinstall, but the problem persists.

And this is English version of Elements and Windows is also English? I'll need to defer to someone from the Elements team who has more knowledge in this area.

Yeah, the only reason I can imagine we would have mixed languages in Elements is if there language issues with the OS. The English version of the software is just English, it doesn't have the native capability to run as other languages.

Problem solved after complete reinstallation, so no idea what was the reason, but menus are back on standard settings
