Language change in Adobe Creative Cloud should be easier

I want to share with you the problem I have and lots of time it wasted for me.
The problem is about language change in Adobe Creative Cloud software.
To change language in your software you have to uninstall software, change install language in Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app, and install it again. This takes lots of time when you have 1-2MB internet connection. I know, I did this. But now I see Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app that is managing other Adobe software is still in other language. And as I see, to change its language I have to uninstall aaaall software...again, just to change language in this app. That is something you, as a one of the biggest companies in the world with best programmers working for you could really do so much easier.
I know a little about programming, and have enough experience with other software to know that it can be done in so easy and user friendly way, I can't believe that you force your user to have so much data transfer just to change language.
Windows 10 language change is just installing additional package and change it.
Why you had this so deaply implemented in software that you force us to reinstall GB of data just to make so little change?
This is my feedback.
Thank you for listening.
Kasia.

Hi Kasia,

Actually, you can use the Creative Cloud app to install any language version of the products you want.  You can also install many different language versions on the same machine and switch between them.

Added language installs are actually quite small.

Howdy Jaroslav,

I see another video in my future...8-)

To change your Creative Cloud's application language, click the control menu (looks like a gear with a down-arrow) at the upper right side of the initial CC window.  Choose Preferences and then in the next page, choose Creative Cloud (at the top).  At the top of the next screen, you'll see a dropdown for App Language.  Choose the language you'd like and then quit and relaunch the CC app.  Now, anything you download will be in the selected language by default.

Hope that helps,
David
