When I hit download from this page, the download screen cycles or appears filled with gibberish.  Windows Explorer reports an error on the mother page and reloads it.

Thanks for the report. That's good to know. Have you been able to get your download? Have you tried other browsers besides Explorer like Chrome or Firefox?

Regards,
Hannah

I tried Mozilla Firefox just now and it works fine.  Explorer is still not working, so that must be the problem.  Thanks for your help.  :)

Sounds like a mime/TYPE issue

Hi @Jeffrey, this is what it looks like on a win 10 surface pro :

I have to go to chrome to get it to work.

Thing is, out of the box, Ps and a Win machine directly go to the Ms Edge browser.

Didn't find occasion to log that before.

Hi there. Was at a client last week and we had the same issue. There's a company policy that forbids them to use any other web browser, which makes the nice "*Les fichiers .ABR ne sont pas compatibles avec le navigateur Microsoft Edge." look cute but useless.

Couldn't Adobe provide a zip link to those .abr files for Win users ?

I'm getting this message when I attempt to download a brush pack:
The requested URL /pub/adobe/photoshop/brushes/letterers.abr was not found on this server.

Tried OSX 10.12.6 FireFox, Safari, and Chrome.  Adobe account is set to US region. All browsers give the same error.

    Not just me. https://forums.adobe.com/thread/2441031

    Sorry you're having trouble.

Can you try this link for your download?

Please reference the new conversation here: Download error for brush pack - missing the .abr file that contains the brushes

Thanks for the reply. I traced my problem to a browser plugin called "HTTPS Everywhere"
which I have in Chrome and FireFox on my Macbook. Unchecked adobe.com in the list "Force encrypted connections to these websites:" in the plugin's options. Now the download including your link works as expected.

No, Kyle's brushes are only for paying members.
