Spot tool, visualize slider. Is there a way to record/keep the slider effect on the image?? Am trying to find a way to do a Kodalith type of treatment in LR.

No

And isn't Kodalith a black-and-white threshold look, which Visualize Spots really isn't, anyway.

Photoshop does have a threshold function.

Thank you. Figured as much.
Several of us were just trying to figure out a way to do a Kodalith type of treatment in Lightroom for those who do not have Photoshop.
Is there any way to quickly get rid of or minimize midtones in LR?

I'd suggest using the tone curve with a steep angle.

Thanks.
We have been exploring all the alternatives.
But it is still difficult to get rid of the mid tones completely. Have gone to doing it several times, exporting/importing a tiff to continue each time until the grays are gone.
