I installed CC and keyboard shortcuts are not working at all. For example, in CC, an image is open. When I press F12 it should "Revert" to original, but instead it Turns the Volume up on my iMac (OS X 10.9). I know I can use fn key with F12 but I'd like to avoid pressing an extra button if I can.

That means that you have the OS set to use F12 to increase the volume, and it is grabbing the keypress before Photoshop can see it. Photoshop has the key registered as being part of it's menus, but the OS still grabs the keypress and doesn't tell Photoshop about it.

You'll have to change that keyboard shortcut in the MacOS System Preferences, under Keyboard / Keyboard Shortcuts.
