Key press issue in Photoshop CC on Windows

There's a serious issue regarding keyboard configuration on Windows. Photoshop on Windows prevents repetitive triggers when a given key or key combination is held down for a few amount of time. It's very problematic for undo tasks because to make multiple undos, you have to press the key over and over again instead of holding down and keep the key pressed once to loop the trigger until key is released. Such problem should be fixed ASAP. Please take it into account.

This may be a Windows setting. What version of Windows are you using? If WIndows 10, open Settings and the Ease of Access (accessibility) settings. Then selection Keyboard from the left list of Settings. Most likely this is the Sticky Keys setting turned on. All items on this page should be set to Off.
If they are all off, go to the Devices settings page. Select Typing. You can try various settings on/off and see if that helps.

On second thought it is most likely the Use Filter Keys setting on the Ease of Access/Keyboard page.
