I want to paste a custom selection into another document while maintaining it's size. When I paste a selection into another document, because the other document size is different the selection I paste is either small or big, I want it to keep it's original size to which the selection was copied from ?

Photoshop will paste or drag the raw pixels, but you want the same physical size.
For that I'd suggest placing the data into the other document -- the place commands try to preserve the physical size, even if they have to resample the image to make it match, but the smart object you create still has all the original data available.

Thanks for the help Chris, I found a solution. By using the place command, I place the selection, then make a selection from the paste, best I can do that works :)
