This is with the latest update of Lightroom CC (v. 2015.3). When searching the collections using the search bar, the results will jump back to the very top of the list when trying to scroll through the list. Meaning I can't view the bottom of the list as it keeps returning to the very top position.

I am not seeing the behavior you are describing. Can you give us some more information about your system?

It is a late 2014 iMac Retina 5k, El Capitan v. 10.11.2

I'm experiencing this bug in the library module. Left hand side under Collections I'll type something relevant into the search field. Results will show that are longer than the field can hold. But when I scroll down it glitches, scrolling it back to the top. Also happens if I try to select all the contents within the search results. It'll go back to the top and deselect what I had selected. This only happens when I'm searching something.

Try resetting LR's preferences: http://www.lightroomforums.net/showth.... Sprinkling that magic fairy dust fixes a surprising number of glitches in the UI.

Tried that just now. Seems to have slightly resolved the issue, but it's still there. I'll explain further. If I start a new search, it will jump to the top continuously until I have successfully reached the bottom of the list (after multiple attempts) and then at that point it acts like normal. Allowing me to scroll up and down the list without issue. If I start a new search, it'll jump around again until I reach the bottom.
