JPEG quality settings in export dialog box don't work & Lightroom freezes while exporting

Hi! After upgrading to the latest Lightroom 2015 release, I noticed several bugs: When I export an image as a JPEG with a JPEG quality setting of anything between 93%-100%, the image always has the same file size. When I reduce it to 92%, the file size is significantly reduced. I wish the quality reduction setting would relate to the resulting file size in smaller increments, so that I can also use a setting of 95% and get a smaller file than with the 100% quality setting.

I noticed another problem with the 2015 release: I exported 400 photos yesterday, and during the export I was not able to use Lightroom at all. It was extremely slow. This is unusual, as I have done this hundreds of times before on this machine. I am using a quad core i7 Mac with 16 GB Ram and an SSD. As soon as the export process was finished, Lightroom worked as usual.
