jaggy lines in Photoshop CC on a cintiq companion

Drawing in Photoshop doesn't work very well on my brand-new Cintiq Companion (Windows 8, 512 GB). The lines are jaggy. They stutter when I draw, on nearly every stroke.

I have:

Reinstalled and updated the tablet driver.
Turned nearly every setting (in Photoshop, Wacom, and Windows) on or off.
Installed the latest version of Photoshop CC.

This is NOT a problem with zooming, resolution, or natural hand shake.

I am not alone in this problem--a quick glance at the Wacom forums shows that a LOT of people are having the same issue. I'm wondering if an update to Photoshop could fix this issue.

An update to Photoshop cannot fix what you are describing.
You need to contact Wacom and see if the problem is in the driver, or your hardware.
