Elements: Upper most tool bar with the three small buttons to close the app, reduce size and enlarge size is clipped under menu

I am using Elements 13 with all updates installed. My computer is a MAC with 10.10.2 installed and up to date. I've used Elements several times with the existing set up with no problems.

For some unknown reason, I've lost the upper most tool bar with the three small buttons to close the app, reduce size and enlarge size. I can not grab the app and move it around. It's stuck part way off my monitor.

Any ideas?

Thank you,

Jay

Is the problem with the Organizer or the Editor?

Do you use multiple monitors with this set up?

Yes. And the problem is in the editor. I don't use the Organizer.

Looks like a variation of an issue we're looking into. The workaround is to reattach the second monitor and pull the application window down so it doesn't shift up after you detach the 2nd monitor, or reset the prefs on launch by holding down Cmd + Option + shift when launching the editor.

Thanks Jeffrey!

I detached and reattached the second monitor and now it works! I didn't hold down the Cmd+Option+Shift keys and it still worked but I'm going to make a note to myself for future reference.

Thanks again for your help,
