I am serious about panoramas. Photomerge is one of three applications I use for assembling my images. The stitching/masking engine generally does a good job, but it is somewhat limited and, occasionally, a little quirky. Although panoramic photography is growing in popularity, Photomerge seems to be the forgotten step-child of Photoshop, when it comes to regular updates. Please consider the following three additions to Photomerge: add the ability to mask details as in/out in individual frames prior to stitching; add the ability to assign manual control points in individual frames; add the ability to designate the starting/ending (left/right) frames in the case of full 360 degree panoramas.
