I did not understand your problem.

Are your trying to download your photos from photoshop.com onto your PC?

Amreek, You don't understand? He's looking at a photo that he doesn't already have, obviously, on photoshop.com (perhaps a friends's photo who's shared the link with him) and he wants to download a copy of it. HOW does one do that. I also want to do the same thing. On just about every other photo-sharing site, it's EASY to download a copy of an image. Usually, you can just right-click and get the option, BUT photoshop.com doesn't give that option.

If you are viewing another users Web Gallery, you can right click (or control click on Mac) and download the image using the browser's "Save Image As..." option.

If you are within a slideshow, you will need to exit to the Gallery view to get this option. I suspect that perhaps this is the issue.

Let me know if that helps here.

Peter, Yes, of course I tried that, but it is not giving me that option. Right clicking brings the following options up: Print , Settings , Global Settings, About Adobe Flash Player [version nbr] and that's it. I suspect that that last option is somehow the cause of this problem, but just don't know. Is there somewhere an explicit download option for photos, which I have just not seen?

Please try the following:

- Move your cursor up to the upper right hand corner of the slideshow
- You should see a blue box with a white "X" in it. Click It
- You should then see the Gallery view of the photos
- Select the photo that you want to download
- If the user has enabled downloading, you should see an icon under the photo.
- Click it to download
