Lightroom Desktop: Issues with migration from Lightroom Classic

Today I migrated a catalog containing 3983 images into an existing Lightroom CC Library. Total items is now 9495. There are two, possibly related, issues.

1. A photo and a virtual copy of this photo were not imported, no error messages that I can see. I have identified exactly which photo is missing.
2. Lightroom CC is continuously 'syncing 1 photo' but the filters show no photos with this state. If I hover over the cloud icon the message is 'Sync Pending'.

The migration log states that 3983 images were imported.

Previous migrations into this library worked without any problems.

I have tried a few obvious faultfinding ideas posted online. Would someone be able to take a look at the logs?

Please go to Help>System Info and get us your exact installed Lightroom version number.  One of our QE would like to get some log files from you as well.  Are you willing to create and send logs for evaluation?

Please install the latest version. Restart your computer and then give it a couple of hours with the App open. If it fails to sync, we will start collecting logs.

I followed your suggestion, unfortunately both problems are still occurring.

If you login with your Adobe ID at https://lightroom.adobe.com do you see anything in the Sync Issues collection (upper left below All Photos)?

Great. Thanks for the screenshot too!

Next step in the troubleshooting process is to check your Lightroom Desktop for a Deleted Item stuck in the sync process. If you select Deleted Items do you see anything in your syncing filter?
