Lightroom CC: Issues with installation

I recently noticed that I no longer have the Dehaze slider available in my Effects panel in LR.  I do not know how or why it went away.  I have gone through many steps in order to get it back, all to no avail.  I have done the following:
uninstalled Lightroom
reinstalled LR  - no joy

I fully uninstalled all of the CC applications (PSCC, Bridge, LR) and then uninstalled the Creative Cloud Desktop app.
I reinstalled the desktop app, and was able, after a few tries, to install PS, but LR would not install.
I used the Cleaner tool ... desperate measures, desperate acts.  No Joy.  :(

I have since returned from my road trip and successfully installed PS and LR.  BUT, I still do not have the dehaze option (and whatever other options I am probably missing!)

Today, I went through the process again, with the cleaner, rebooting in between, firewall and AV turned off etc.  I have the programs installed again, but still no joy on the dehaze.

Can someone please help me do something *different* so I can get my LR updated to the most recent version again?

I am running Windows10.  Help -> about  says I have LR 2015 and Camera Raw 9.0

Thanks, in advance, for any help!!

Let's double check your Lightroom version number first.

Go to your Help>System Info... and copy and paste your exact Lightroom version from that screen here in the comments.

The other thing to note is that older Process Versions (2003, 2010) cannot use the Dehaze tool. If you have selected an older image image with a previous Process Version (you can see PV in the Camera Calibration panel) it will disable Dehaze. (The slider should still be visible in your Effects panel however).

below is the sys info screenshot.  In terms of the images, they were taken with a Nikon D7100, just this past week.  Previous images, also taken with the same camera a few months ago, did have access to the dehaze slider.

That picture explains it Michelle. You've installed the base version CC2015.0 and there have been about a dozen updates since then. Most notably, CC2015.1 was the update where Dehaze was added. Use the Creative Cloud App on your computer to check for updates and install the latest: CC2015.12 and all should be well.   Let us know if you have any issues getting the update.

Ahhh Rikk, yes, I did know that was the issue, but I can't seem to get a newer version.  :(  This is what my CC desktop app has to say about it ...  It tells me everything is up to date ... which we both know to be false.  :)  So, what to do from here?  I even uninstalled fully and did NOT install the desktop app, but the download must have because I ended up in the same place.  :(

I do appreciate you taking the time!  :D

Hi Rikk  :)

I had done what you suggested, at least 3 times to no avail (including using the cleaner tool twice).  My friend Pierre gave me a link to the following page:  http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2015-updates-links-windows.html#lightroom  and I downloaded the full version of LR and installed it.  I then went back to the page and downloaded the most recent update file and updated LR.  I now have the dehaze filter and am up to date with my LR.  :D   I also verified that my PSCC was up to date (the link on the page is one version older than the version I currently have).

Bottom line, I finally have the most recent version of LR and my dehaze filter.

THANK YOU for taking the time to work this out with me, I greatly appreciate it.

Best,
Michelle
