Issue with Photoshop Pref/Presets

I had to reset my Photoshop Prefs because I encountered a problem with a few of my tools.
I looked at this video:

http://tv.adobe.com/watch/the-complet...

And followed her instructions as best as I could, in the end, the issue was resolved with my default presets, but I was told to come here to report this issue and also attach the corrupted, compressed file so an engineer can take a look at it to get info on what may have caused the problem.

The Corrupted,Compressed File is here:

If the link isn't working, please refresh as it is a dropbox link, or if you are an engineer, you may email me @ austinnhicks@gmail.com and I will email you the file.

Thank you!

What problem(s) were you seeing? (without knowing that, we don't know what to look for in the prefs files)

Have you ever had a problem where you try to move a layer, and it skips to another layer and moves it instead? Also, my styles are not functioning the way they should now idk what could have caused this. Maybe I clicked something accidentally or something. But its to the point where even if I close out of photoshop, it still wont revert back to normal. My fonts are not giving off the proper sizes either. Like 6px font which everyone knows to be really really small, its now the same size as if it was 72px in size. But all these issues were resolved by removing the file to the desktop though.

Targeting the wrong layer usually means you have auto select turned on, and moved the layer you clicked on.

What do you mean by "styles not functioning the way they should"?

And font sizes can get confusing if the resolution of your document is odd (like if you specified 6 pt in a 600 dpi document - that won't be 6 pixels).

What I mean by styles not functioning properly, is in some of my previous documents, I have a set number of styles I use regularly and in those old documents, they work normal, meaning the way they are supposed to look, but
if I open a new document, they have added effects, and the settings for those effects its supposed to have are WAY off.
