Having issue saving as a Photoshop Compatible PDF (CS5) and then opening this and printing to a colour printer. (Adobe Reader 10 / Adobe Pro 9) - The document appears fine when opened on screen but misses data from the text layers when printing to a colour printer (however is fine to a b&w printer)

Hi Dan,

would it possible for you to post a copy of the problematic PDF (and potentially the source PSD it was created from)?

Morning Jeffrey,

There was no source PSD - was saved straight as the Photoshop PDF format
I have taken a screen shot of this in the image attached. (this holds the layers for future editing as I am sure you are aware)

I cant see how to attach the pdf here - can you get from google docs?

https://docs.google.com/open?id=0BwaU... otherewise please let me know an email I can sent these to for you.

Thanks
Dan

Sorry to bug you on this Jeffery, I have collegues awaiting a response on this, have you had any luck looking at this at all?

I can currently print to an adobe PDF printer, and print from this or print from within photoshop to the printer and this is fine - however no luck opening the photoshop pdf in adobe reader10/pro9 and printing from here.
No solution to why the document is causing this and if it helps, it appears to only be affecting the text layers of the document.

Thanks
Dan
