See the screenshot below. I opened the same file on CC 2018 (19.1.6) on the right and Photoshop CC 2019 (20.0) on the left. The layer styles used on the shape layers have a strange green/cyan overlay preview artifact on CC 2019. The issue happens when working with styles "live" only. The issue does NOT effect if the layer is rasterized or if the image is flattened or exported as a JPG. This makes applying layer styles while working a serious issue as I can't really see what I am doing in real time. For now, I am working in CC 2018 for projects that need layer styles.
