adobe lightroom free trial is IMPOSSIBLE to download.
I've tried google, google chrome and bing.
Nothing works.
Is this a scam to ONLY make it look like adobe is helping but not really?
If this adobe lightroom free trial REFUSES to download then it shows adobe lightroom 4 is NO GOOD EITHER.
I'M REALLY PISSED OFF AT adobe NOT WANTING TO HELP PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS.
Why would I waste $200 on their product if they cannot even do their adobe lightroom free trial properly.

I just wasted $200 on microsoft windows7 and it has a problem and there is NO ONE in Australia to contact.
You have to speak to someone in the phillipines or india and even then they refuse to talk to you. They want you to type back and forth to them.
I'll never buy a p.c. or windows product EVER AGAIN.
I'll buy an Apple Mac next time.
At least you can talk to someone in Australia and if there's a problem with it, they'll replace it with a new one.
THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE.

IT LOOKS AS IF adobe IS NO BETTER than microsoft.

Hi Anthony,

Sorry you're having trouble.

What error are you getting? Where are you getting stuck in the process?

Which link are you trying to download the trial from?

You should be able to grab the latest version here:

http://www.adobe.com/support/download...

if you're having trouble downloading from the main trial page < http://www.adobe.com/downloads/ >:

yes. this is where everyone goes to on lr4 press the yellow (download) button. It clicks down, but does nothing.
there is not even any searching in the tab or timer icon/cursor which is usually seen when explorer is searching for something.

THIS DOES NOT WORK.
I AM BEWILDERED THAT YOU THINK THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH IT.
THIS SHOULD BE A HUGE PRIORITY OF YOURS, AS NO ONE WILL BUY LR4 IF THEY SEE EVEN JUST THE TRIAL IS AS UNRELIABLE AS THE MICROSOFT WIN7 AND WIN8 DOWNLOAD.
IF YOU REALLY WANT PEOPLE TO EXPERIENCE IT SO THEY'LL BUY LR4 THEN YOU'D SEND IT TO THEM ON A DVD TO TRY.
YOUR WEBSITE IS AS UNRELIABLE AS THE WIN8 WEBSITE.

I'm having issues with it also. When I type in my email and password it simply reads "you are currently logged out". WTF?
