Is there an ELEMENTS 14 Organizer Duplicates Scanner??

Urgent need for a DUPLICATES scanner in Elements 14 Organizer: I can't detect it?
Needs to differentiate between RAW and JPEG files for same photo though.
Can anybody please advise? THANKS!!!!
