Photoshop: Is there a way to show the proper speed of a Frame Animation when using < .1 sec delay?

Every time I'm creating a new animation that has below .1 second delay I need to preview it on the browser, since Photoshop doesn't show the animation at the proper speed, it shows the animation slower.

This really slows down my workflow :(

Unfortunately, no. Playback speed is dependent on where the gif is being viewed. Different computers/browsers render the speed differently. So, the only accurate way to preview the speed is in the app you plan to view the animations in.

Is this ever going to be fixed?

Photoshop is the only program I have that can't preview an animation being made in itself. Pixen for instance does it right, even GIMP does it.
