Problems with adobe website - Swiss switches to French and makes it impossible to pay

Tried several time to buy PSE from Swiss site. It switches on the french site with an offer until January 7th and, when you want to pay, it becomes impossible to pay!! A swiss account can't pay on the french site. So, why do you send to the french site, then ?
Worst, it sums the attempts (I stopped at € 450 euros... instead of the € 62.79), doesn't want to put a Mac version (only a windows version), no refresh of changes and a waste of time. Phonenumbers are unreachable from Switzerland (they also switch to somewhere but not in Switzerland), waited several minutes and, in the end, nobody answered.
You might be a reference in graphic solutions, but about customer service, you just are a "daube", as we say in french...

Sorry, I forgot to say that the problem is solved. (Thanks Bev!)

In fact, Photoshop Elements is hidden in a link "Produits" (Products) somewhere on the swiss site.

If I consider there was an offer until January 7th 2016, I don't really understand why it wasn't noticed in the front page.... no, I don't understand. :-/
If Adobe doesn't want to sell PSE, better stop it. Otherwise, I consider it should be seen in the front page or not too far in the site. Not everybody needs/wants to pay for a Creative Suite account...

And next time, check your links once again... if the software exists on the swiss site, I don't really understand why I was redirected to the french site...
