Lightroom: Is Lightroom CC 2015/6 compatible with Windows 10?

I upgraded from windows 8 to windows 10 today. Now I am unable to open up Lightroom 6. I get an program error. Adobe Photoshop Lightroom has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. I updated my system and reinstalled lightroom, still same error. Is Lightroom 6 compatible with Windows 10? Is there a way to correct this problem?

This says LR 6 is generally compatible:

One change Windows 10 makes is to run everything in the user context by default.

What error does it give?

There's one of two issues that can occur after an update to Windows 10:

1) You have an AMD card and the driver gets updated to a version with known issues. Until AMD provides an updated driver, here is a workaround document for this driver issue: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/kb/...

2) The permission get changed for items in your home directory: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/kb/...
