Is it possible to get phone support for Photoshop Elements?

I purchased Adobe Elements/Premier Elements about 4 months ago. I have a basic question about Adobe Elements and high-res monitors that I have been unable to get answered on any forum. I have been unable to find any link to a support contact number or online chat.

Does Adobe provide any direct support for those who just bought Photoshop Elements?

I am extremely dissapointed with photo elements. The communications received since the purchase of 14 have me whirling and very disappiinted. We need a help line with many operators. The programs have lots of flaws. Thanks community for all your help. I am notT the only o e with problems

My advice as just another user like you: it's good to tell here, in this feedback forum, that you are not satisfied. That's what it is made for.
To get constructive answers, you are nearly always sent to the adequate user to user forum:
That's not a bad idea at all. First many questions deal with older (very old..) Elements versions, while Adobe directly supports only the most recent version. Reading those forums should show you how many problems are solved by the community and also that Adobe Staff answer questions there in some cases.
Also, since your question is about hidpi monitors, there has been several discussions about this theme in the present forum.
So, if you can give more details about your own question, either here or in the user to user forum, that could help you as well as other users. You can add your vote to already posted questions or help making a possible 'bug' reproducible for a future solution.

Apart from other users - you are on your own- you can get support for down loading - but nothing else-
