Which version of Windows or Mac are you on?  What are the pixel dimensions of your display?

What are the pixel dimensions of your display?  (Go to OS X's System Preferences > Display and select Scaled.)

These details will help Adobe.

It is a 5K 27" iMac so the screen size (in pixels) is 5120x2880.

Echoing this suggestion.  Using Windows 10 on a 15.6" 3840x2160 screen (Dell XPS 15 laptop).  Windows display scaling is set to 250%.  Lightroom's interface font size setting is on 'automatic' and is currently using the largest font.  Photoshop is at 200%, its largest option.  Lightroom is small but usable, Photoshop is so small as to be borderline unusable while Bridge is a total disaster - for example, folder trees appear as a sequence of parallel grey lines, cannot even make out that they are supposed to be text.

requesting a bigger font size as well. I am on a eizoCG318-5K display and the native res 4096x2160 gives ridiculously small font size, barely readable when doing library work. Please guys !!!

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled LIGHTROOM - Tiny Font Sizes on a 4k Monitor.

I have a new 4k monitor. How do I get bigger font sizes so I can better read the file names without changing the monitor to a lower resolution? The same problem exists for Lightroom.
