Hello, I'm Roberto, a sports photographer. When I work at sporting events, my workflow consists in transmitting photos via wifi to the MacBook Pro and importing them directly into Lightroom CC. The imported photos capture the preset IPTC information so that I simply complete the "Caption" field and send the photo to the Customer. With iPad Pro and Lightroom Mobile it is impossible to do this because when you import the images on the iPad the IPTC information is lost and in Lightroom Mobile you can only insert the Title and Caption.
It would be fantastic to allow Lightroom Mobile to import photos directly from the camera without having to use another application (the best is Shuttersnitch) and to create a preset of complete IPTC information (as in Lighrtoom CC) to be included in the photo at the time of import.

I too am a professional photographer looking to preserve the IPTC information when importing into LIghtroom Mobile on an iPad. My camera writes the needed IPTC upon capture, but Lightroom mobile strips it all off.

Lightroom Mobile is a nice program, but I can't use it without these changes.

Everyone is moving to a mobile platform I hope Adobe can provide software for the professional user.
