Hello:
Today is February 3 2014. I am trying to upload photos from iPhone5 and am presented with this message. Unable to sync because server can not be reached. I do not have a paid subscription, but I have been uploading photos from day 1 of Revel. I would like to use my 50 photo upload today. What is wrong?
Anyone with helpful information, please respond. Would be greatly appreciated.

Just curious, do you have a region set under your iOS device’s main Settings > General > International?

Hello Pattie F
My Region is set for United States. The calendar is Gregorian.
I am able to view the Revel app. along with my many photos. My issue is loading my monthly quota of photos. When selecting ADD, a message appears that uploading more photos would put me over my import limit for the month.
My next attempt was to select upgrade. This is when the message appeared that Revel isn't synching because the server can not be reached.
One last note: I am able to import from my PC.
Thanks for your response.

Hello Pattie F
Thanks for your helpful response. All is ok now.
After your reply to my request for help, I tried one more time to use the Revel App.
This time a message appeared that I had to sign in, after entering my information all things worked as they should. Thanks.
No other issues at this time.

There was a mandatory login recently. That may be what you experienced.
I'm glad all is well. It is always a good idea to log out and back in if you experience something odd.
