iPhone X blocking “all photos” tab which allows you to open images from different albums. Is how it’s seen on the display.Is how it’s seen when taking a screenshot- am I doing something stupid or is there a fix needed here? - thank you. (Version 6.3 - iOS 11.3)

Hi Tara,

You can enable you phone's Reachability feature to gain access to the top of the screen.

Go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Reachability then toggle the On button.

This will enable you to reach the top of the screen by swiping down at the lower portion of your screen.

Here is an article about it:

I hope that helps.

It also may work if you turn your phone to the landscape view.

Yay!! (I discovered that rotating the screen didn't work a couple minutes after I posted) ;-}

Glad you are back to normal. (Cute kid, by the way!)

Thanks so much Rick! She’s the reason I need to be able to get into my organised albums.. As you can see she’s the spam of my camera roll! Have a great day, and really thanks again!

Hi kusha, it’s still running 6.3 - but this seemed to actually resolve itself (without me performing any update) - you can see the bar is now further down the screen. Thanks!
