I have Photoshop Elements 2 that has been updated many times. Recently I modified a photo and when I tried to save it I recieved the statement " unknown internet error occurred". I reinstalled the orginal Photoshop Elements 2 and have the same problem. Any ideas on how to fix it. It seems to me a down load has a error in it.

What OS are you using?
Where were you trying to save the file?

Hi Chris;
I am using Microsoft Windows XP Professional operating system. The error affects the Photoshop Elements 2 when I try to save changes made to a photo. It won't save the changes and states that "An unknown internet error occurred". I reinstalled the original Photoshop Elements 2 and had the same problem. I was planning on uninstalling the latest update to see if the error was a result of that download but so far I haven't been able to locate a history of downloads on my computer. I don't know if there is any record of the download changes from my end. Maybe you do on your end. Maybe I opened a file during a download and it messed up the automatic download.
Thanks for your interest in solving my problem.

Are you sure that's the exact wording? Could it be "internal" and not "internet"?

"internet" makes no sense if you're saving locally.
