Installing Photshop CS3 on Windows 7 Ultimate, 64-bit...on new Hard Drive

I'm trying to get CS3 installed on my system...again. My last Hard Drive died and it contained my previous installation of Photoshop CS3. I'm running Window 7 Ultimate, 64-bit and cannot get the program to run. It seems to have installed completely, it will not run though. One time it actually allowed me to put my Key Code in. But it still will not launch. I spoke with the entire country of India (tech support) and they very politely informed me that I was on my own because CS3 is no longer supported. ("Thank you for calling, sir. Have a nice day...") Regardless of how this makes me feel (I paid $700 for a program only a few years ago and now I'm told that is "No longer Supported") I would like CS3 to run on my system as it did prior to the hard drive replacement. Any suggestions welcome.
