i have the latest driver for my gforce 210 but it doesnt work yet

Photoshop ME is supported by WinSoft.

And did you get the video card driver from Microsoft (mistake) or from NVidia directly?

What Chris said. Determine what video card you have and go directly to the manufacturers website (nVidia or ATI/AMD) and download the latest driver. GPU and OpenGL support | Photoshop CS4, CS5: http://adobe.ly/OpenGL

i get it from nvidia i know it myself that my gpu driver must be update and from nvidia it seems you don't have any idea...!?

OK, so you do have a recent driver for the GPU.

It might help if you told us what error you got that was preventing you from installing or running Photoshop.
