I have photoshop that I use at school. The school purchased the software. I now have a new computer but cannot find the installation to install it. Is there anything that you can do to help me?

Hi Kathy,

I'm not seeing any registered products under the email address you've used to post here. Is it possible your products are under a different email address?

Sadly, there are no registered products. What product/version were you using?

Photoshop 7? or Elements 7?

If it's still on the old system, launch it, go to the Help menu and select "Register" That should extract your serial and register it to your Adobe ID/email address.

Yeah. It's shortened in the system info. Have you tried to register the product on the old computer by launching Photoshop and selecting Help>Register... and registering that way?

Can you check with your school to see if they have a record of your full serial#? Without it being registered, there's no way for us to know what the serial # was to be able to help.
