After downloading Photoshop CS5 Extended to my MacBook pro (OS X 10.12 Sierra), the install can't be opened. We bought the MacBook to enable my husband to work on his photo's while on holiday and now it cannot be installed. We have downloaded javaforofx, but this still does not allow us to start the install program. Apple has told us to contact you. Can you help us?

See instructions for installing CS6 and earlier on Sierra: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/install-creative-suite-mac-os-sierra.html

Please note that CS6 and earlier are not officially supported on Sierra: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/photoshop-and-mac-os-sierra.html
