Lightroom: Incremental web gallery exports

I regularly create and export web galleries from a set of pictures when I'm covering a conference I'm attending.  I'll take pictures, edit them then export them to send them to my web site.  The thing is, I might be adding some more pictures later which mean that, at the moment, I have to delete the whole exported gallery and export it fully again.

I'd like the gallery export to be smarter and only export the new pictures because re-exporting a few dozens pictures just because I added a new one is painful.

Thanks, Ollivier

Take a look at the gallery systems used by - they use Lightroom's Publish Services, so you can easily update the galleries, whereas Lightroom's built in galleries build out the whole pages so can't easily be updated.

Another option/workaround, is use a public collection in Lightroom web.
