Elements 10: Incorrect print output problems and HP Photosmart Premium C309 printer

I am getting multiple print issues printing from PSE10 to an HP Photosmart Premium C309 printer. I am running Windows 7 / 64 bit and have the latest HP drivers. I have been printing from the editor.Issue 1 Printing A4 the print image is oversized by around 2%. I dont get this problem if I use HP Mediasmart Photo software to printIssue 2 printing onto plain paper (non photographic) colors are muddy and the resolution is very poor. Output onto glossy photo paper is good with same settings. I don't get this problem if I use HP Mediasmart Photo software to print.Issue 3 sometimes the print image cropped is partially scrambled with parts of the photo printed twice.The first two issues are consistently reproduceable and very frustrating.I have not done testing on other media sizes or printing from the organiser due to cost of suppliesI notice on the link below there is a known issue with PSE and designjet drivers http://feedback.photoshop.com/photosh... seems to me highly likely there are also issues with PSE and at least some Photosmart printers. In the case mentioned HP and Adobe have said they will work together to resolve the issue. What would need to be done to get HP and Adobe to work together to resolve the issues with printing form PSE10 to Photosmart printers

 Damaged' message displays on the product control panel and the product does not print anything. What to do. HP Support Assistant experts please help me out!!
