Lightroom: Include brush presets in the development preset

I think Develop Presets in #LR4 could be taken to a whole new level by having the option to associate custom brush presets w/ the dev preset.

Most of the time when dealing with images of people, I apply or create custom develop presets, but then I have to go in and make local adjustments with the brush, to remove contrast from people's faces, saturation, etc. All's fine for one photo, but then if I need to give another photo from the series the same look, I need to copy the brush settings from the previously developed image, paste in on the new image, erase the old brush area and brush in the new area that applies to the new image.

This could be simply solved by allowing me to save a develop preset that includes any custom adjustment brushes i may have created. Thus, if that were the case, i would apply the preset and then go into the brushes panel where I would see the brushes that are part of the dev preset, eliminating the need to go back to the previous image and copy the brush settings from there.

Optionally, if a brush preset is part from a develop preset, we could also be given the option to "extract" that brush preset and save it as a regular brush preset that is available to any photo regardless of the development preset.
