Inability to open TIFF file shared from a link to Dropbox.

I sent a TIFF file via dropbox to a customer and they can't open it; receiving the following error messages - 1) "could not complete your request because an unexpected end-of-file was encountered., & 2) " could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of docunent". I have sent previous files with no problem. So, what is the issue and what is the solution? Please advise.

Sounds like the file isn't completely uploaded/downloaded.
