Denis,

If Organizer fails to launch, try following steps –
- Delete the Organizer preferences [Organizer preferences are located at //Users/[Your User Account]/Library/Preferences/]
- Delete the file “com.Adobe.Elements Organizer.12.0.plist” from above location and relaunch the Organizer.

************************************************
Or It could be that your catalog got corrupted.
To fix that, hold down your Shift key while launching the Organizer. This would open up the Catalog Manager. Highlight your catalog at the bottom of the window, and choose "Repair" and then "Optimize".

************************************************

If this does not work either and you are on Windows, try this:
Try renaming the following folders and then try launching the application again:
1) Online Services 2) Elements Organizer
These folders are present at :- C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Adobe.

If on MAC,
Go to ~/library/app support/adobe/elements organizer/12.0/organizer and trash the files psa.prf, status.dat.
Go to ~/library/app support/adobe/elements organizer/catalog/(your catalog folder) and rename the file thumbs.5.cache to thumbs.5.cache.old

Now try launching Organizer directly from Applications, keeing Shift key pressed. Create a new catalog and see if the crash happens. If not, try opening the old catalog.

Let me know if none of these help!
