In the creative cloud menu , when I look in both Accueil and Apps , nothing appear

Salut Olivier,

Okay, which version of the Creative Cloud are you running?  Which operating system are you running this on (Windows/Mac)?  Have you tried closing out the CC app and relaunching?  Have you tired rebooting your OS?  And, are you sure you have a valid internet connection?

I'm supposing that you're running the French version of the Creative Cloud app, correct?  European, North American, or Middle Eastern?  What is your OS language?

All this information should help track down the problem.  S'il est plus facile, nous pouvons continuer en français, comme vous voulez.

That's Windows. And there should be 4 section headings, not just 2. So it sounds like the application may be damaged.
