Lightroom: Improve Image Input / Output handling automation

On import (right in the initial pop-up window when the memory card is inserted), prompt the user for the photoshoot name. Also, enable the user to specify in Preferences additional keyword/metadata fields to be prompted for on import on the same screen, such as shoot type, client name. These fields should be able to become nested folders / directory tree helping to organize both raw images (such as PhotoNetworkDrive\\Headshots\2012\JohnSmith\Raw) as well as ftp'd location on the web site (or Facebook album name) when eventually uploaded., and ultimately the area\directory on the web site where they get uploaded. Total image lifecycle management, in a way.

I would just like to do image selection and artistic tweaking (cropping, local adjustments, per-image tuning of the overall and ISO-based and/or automatically applied corrections), with Lightroom handling the storage and upload more so than now.

Like being able to specify (once per catalog) to only upload 4 and 5 star images to the web site, PLUS just 5 star images in a smaller size, to the blog, PLUS 3 star images into a folder called "Client DVD\Set 2" and 4 and 5 star images, with a lower JPEG compression, into a peer folder "Client DVD\Set 1". I mean, have ALL outputs be generated at once across all media when I click "Go" based on image metadata and expanded catalog settings - web site, blog, facebook, DVD.
