Bridge: Improve touchscreen compatibility

Currently there is no way (as far as I can see) to make a non-contiguous selection of images on a touchscreen device. We need a little checkbox adding on each image to allow selecting multiple images.

Another issue I noticed is that if I have User Interface Scaling set to 100% then Bridge only takes up a centre portion of the screen when it is maximised. But with it set to auto, while it will maximise the window correctly, the interface is larger than I need and also the Preferences window has the top and bottom off the edges of the screen so it cannot be closed once opened.

I expect there are quite a few other issues as well, but these two were the first things I came across when trying it just now. (This is with Windows 10 in tablet mode).
