Photoshop Elements: How do I Imprint Date on .jpg files?

I wish to imprint the dates pictures were taken onto my digital images before putting them on a CD to take to my local print shop. How do I do this? I use Elements 7

Here are the steps to do it correctly:

1) Open 'Photoshop Elements Editor'
2) Go to 'File' Menu --> 'Process Multiple Files'
3) In the dialog, provide the 'Source' and 'Destination' paths.
4) On the right side, under the 'labels' select 'Caption' from the dropdown.
5) Now, select 'Date Modified'.
6) Choose your font color/ type etc settings and hit 'OK' button
