When I try to import a video into photoshop using import>frames to layers, all I get is blank white frames. I've tried so many things, I have quicktime version 7.1 installed, I've tried converting to avi, mov and mpeg nothing works? mp4 files don't even show up. help?? btw I'm using cs5
