Import section destination check box

In the Import section there is a check box in the Destination panel to select a subfolder. Even if the box is blank, the check mark is often still there. Filling in the details in the box however will NOT generate a subfolder unless the check box is unchecked and then rechecked.

Second issue: I quite often want to sync the same crops across multiple images. If, however, any of those images have been exported to Photoshop for retouching, the crop does not work in the same fashion on the saved TIFF version as on the RAW files, which is a bit irritating as it means either deselecting any edited TIFFs before syncing the crops or going back to those TIFFs and manually adjusting the crops.
