Import them into what?  If to your computer, you can use an app called Wifi Album (the free version works fine)  to load them onto your computer via a browser window (except IE). You can also use Google Photos and link it to your phone and then they will show up in your Google Drive.

It would help if you said what OS you're running, or whether you use Bridge or LR or PSE.  How easy it is to get the photos where you want them depends upon what you're using. I use a Mac with Photo Downloader in Bridge because I'm on Yosemite, just plugging my iPhone in to my computer using its USB cable. On El Capitan, it's a slightly different story. Windows should be able to use Bridge or LR without a problem. I should imagine PSE is equally direct, but don't know how the Organizer finds devices once they're plugged into your computer. And as Gail has pointed out, there are ways to get them onto your computer that don't involve Adobe software at all.
