There is no way to import colors from the CC library into the Swatches panel other than adding them one by one which makes you rename them which means importing multiple swatches can take a long time. You should be able to select color swatches in the CC Library and import them as a group into Photoshop and they should retain their name. OR there should be a way to save colors from the CC Library as ASE files.

Why do you need do that? I consider swatches a bit obsolete since CC Library is here.

I can think of lots of reasons.  I'll give you two:
1)  If you don't want an entire text box the same color, when you highlight a portion of it and go to change colors, you cannot select from the color library panel (which is ridiculous).  You can select from swatches, which brings Larrie's point into play.

2) You can't choose from a color library when the color picker comes up.  It's counter-intuitive.  Should be available without the color picker (as it is now when not editing the layer), but ALSO when editing individual layers.  Until then, Larrie's workaround is relevant.

Yes... this is ugly. Adobe knows it. But they decided create CC panel as plugin with non native way and now they can fell what limitations have a third party developers.

But import into swatches is not solution. Solution is fix CC panel.

I already did hack for that, but it doesn't work enough good. Adobe could fix it better than me.
My hack is here: http://bereza.cz/ps/
